I understand that access to the Event as a photographer, videographer, journalist, documentarian, content creator, or media representative is a privilege and not a right.*
I understand that access is subject to prior approval by Event staff. Event staff may limit, suspend, revoke, or deny access at any time for safety, operational, capacity, conduct, insurance, legal, or business reasons.*
I acknowledge that any credential, pass, wristband, vest, or access authorization is non-transferable.*
I acknowledge that a media credential does not guarantee access to the racecourse, hot zones, restricted areas, starting areas, finish areas, pits, staging, timing/scoring, emergency access routes, or any other controlled area.*
I understand that a safety vest must be worn visibly over outer clothing. [Failure to wear the safety vest as required may result in immediate removal from the area, revocation of credentials, removal from the Event, and denial of future credentials].*
I understand that wearing a safety vest does not guarantee safety and does not reduce Media Participant’s duty to remain alert, follow instructions, and avoid hazardous areas.*
I understand that I am solely responsible for all cameras, lenses, drones, audio equipment, tripods, mounts, batteries, bags, phones, computers, vehicles, and other personal property and agree to keep all equipment secured and positioned so it does not create a hazard.*
In consideration of being permitted to attend, access, photograph, film, record, document, or otherwise capture content at the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Released Parties for any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, injuries, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my presence at or participation in the Event.
