What do I need to watch the races? 

You will need to purchase a parking pass and facility wristband to enter the viewing areas, vendor booths, and concessions. Purchase them before you arrive or pick them up at the Brownie Will Call lot.

When can I ride on the track?

ONLY riders who are entered in the appropriate practices and races will be allowed on course. Unpermitted access may result in disciplinary action by the race director.

When can I pick up my trophy?

Trophies will be available for each class immediately after the following race.

When can I check in?

Check in for Facility Wristbands and Parking Passes are at the Brownie Lot.  Racer check in for practice stickers, transponders, etc is at Bear Mountain on the Patio.  Specific times will be released as we get closer.

What time can I set up my pit?

Full parking hours will be posted as we get closer to the event.

Where can I watch from?

There is comfortable seating and concessions on the patio of Bear Mountain resort that allows viewing of many sections of the course, including front row to some of the Pro features!

**We are going to turn on the chair lift on Saturday this year.  Everyone with a Facility wristband will get a chance to ride up to the top of the course and get a completely new viewing point!  There is a shuttle from the chair to viewing area and there will be food and beverage services available up top as well.  All spectators will need to ride the chair lift back down the mountain.

Where is the concert?

The Band "Those Guys" will be playing on Saturday night on the podium! They are riders too and will absolutely add to the party on the mountain!
